Important Facebook login note!
After the successful login to Facebook, you will be prompted to grant certain permissions to the DIY Auctions application.
Users that only plan to bid must grant permissions for:
- public_profile - This is used for basic user identification.
- email - This is used to send instructions to the user on how to proceed in case she/he wins an auction
In addition to the above, users that plan to post auctions must grant the following permissions:
- manage_pages visible to Public
- publish_pages
The above permissions are required for the application to be able to post auctions and bid reports on the Facebook on behalf of the user.
